Principles of Our Work
The core principle of the firm is our belief that there is only one way a construction project can sustain the momentum to stay on track with respect to budget and schedule and ultimately be deemed a success and that is for the Construction Manager to be involved early during the pre-construction phase thereby providing a thorough understanding of the field conditions, project scope, required phasing and trade coordination. This occurs when the CM is willing to ‘own’ the budget from the earliest stage of the project through to the punch list..
Having a tight-knit group of Project Managers and Field Superintendents, the AMADB construction staff is supported by and works succinctly and in tandem with the AMA Group design team which includes 16 in-house licensed professional engineers working closely with the construction staff throughout the entire course of a project to provide accurate budgets and schedules, thereby providing the needed safeguards to minimize, or at best eliminate scope changes and associated time delays and the subsequent additional costs.
